hello :) I had a revision rhinoplasty a few months ago. in first surgery my nostrils were greatly reduced. I asked my revision doctor to make them longer as my birth nose. but I can't see any change in the length of the nostrils unfortunately.my doctor is saying this is the maximum he can do to make my nostrils longer. Is it really not possible to make the nostrils longer than that? also Any chance the accessory attached in the photo can make the nostrils lengthen by stretching the skin?
