I had rhinoplasty with hump removal 6 mo ago. I'm a bit worried my nose might be too flat. Is this an open roof deformity? If so, is it minor enough just to let it be or should I get a revision?

Hello! Thank you for your question.I have evaluated your case from the photos you provided.It looks like you have inverted V deformity (your nose looks like divided in 2 parts). I recommend you a revision rhinoplasty surgery, because with time it might get more noticeable. Also your nostrils look crushed. With a revision rhinoplasty surgery you can have a more elegant and more defined nose.

It's been very difficult to tell from the photographs if you have an open roof deformity. Best to wait at least a year before contemplating revision rhinoplasty. If you have an open roof deformity, medial and lateral osteotomy's will be required. The supratip area just above your nasal tip cartilages is slightly concave, and may require a small cartilage graft as well
