I had open rhinoplasty 9 months ago. Cartilage was taken from septum to support the tip. Tip is crooked now, and one nostril is higher than the other. My surgeon put some filler in the left nostril to bring it down at 6 weeks Post-Op. He now says that the residual asymmetry is just how my nose was before and there is nothing else he can do. Am I crazy? Are there options to fix some of this besides another full rhinoplasty? And if not, is this fixable with a closed rhinoplasty? Thank You!!!
