Breast lift with implants last July. My right breast never dropped, so my surgeon performed a revision at 7 months post op

Question

After surgery, he explained that I had "enough scar tissue to call it a grade 3 capsular contracture", so he exchanged the implant from a 385cc to a 340, and told me he did not remove the capsule, but just made "some adjustments." I am now 12 days po and my right breast looks literally the same, except now the bottom is also uneven. My chest feels tight and implant still flexes upward just like before. Will they drop? My surgeon rushes my appointments/questions. Stressed!

Hopefully, your implant will drop. I suggest wearing a breast band to encourage it to settle down in place,

You did not post any photos so it’s very difficult to offer advice. Best to virtual consult with. Appears by the explanation you need to complete capsulotomy or capsulectomy but without the photos or virtual, cannot give you a accurate response.
