After surgery, he explained that I had "enough scar tissue to call it a grade 3 capsular contracture", so he exchanged the implant from a 385cc to a 340, and told me he did not remove the capsule, but just made "some adjustments." I am now 12 days po and my right breast looks literally the same, except now the bottom is also uneven. My chest feels tight and implant still flexes upward just like before. Will they drop? My surgeon rushes my appointments/questions. Stressed!

Hi there,
Can you provide more surgical details, such as how far out from surgery these photos are? If you are early in your recovery then it will likely take more time till your final results are shown
IF you are over 6 months or so out then it would be more appropriate to discuss a revision...
I suggest you follow up with your plastic surgeon and get an assessment from him or her.
It shouldn’t be that difficult to assess the integrity of your implant.
Unless your implants were old and fragile, it is unlikely that they ruptured from a car accident.
Best,
Mats Hagstrom, MD
An experienced, board-certified plastic surgeon should be able to evaluate you with a physical exam and provide appropriate guidance. Without any photos or more detailed descriptions....it is challenging to provide any definitive statements/advice.
