Which Natrelle silicone implant size and profile would be most similar to my current implant? (photo)

My previous implants were McGhan 68 - 330cc overfilled to 360cc. When they were removed I believe they were closer to 390cc. What Natrelle implant and profile would be most comparable? My prior BA was in 2006 and my card does not show a specific profile. Seeking a revision from my current 375cc SMP. Considering 415HP or 445MP.

Your neck and shoulder pain is probably from getting implants too large and heavy for your frame. I would suggest going down in size to at least 350 cc's. With smaller implants, you should be able to find bras that fit and your neck and shoulders will thank you.
