Which Natrelle silicone implant size and profile would be most similar to my current implant? (photo)

My previous implants were McGhan 68 - 330cc overfilled to 360cc. When they were removed I believe they were closer to 390cc. What Natrelle implant and profile would be most comparable? My prior BA was in 2006 and my card does not show a specific profile. Seeking a revision from my current 375cc SMP. Considering 415HP or 445MP.

Thank you for your question. Some patients can still have high implant placement four months after surgery, particularly if the muscle hasn't completely relaxed. Also, lack of volume on the upper portion of the breast can be affected by the size and form of the implant, your natural breast...

Hi! It sounds like what your surgeon did was probably an acceptable plan. I dont know if you had some asymmetries prior to the original surgery, but most people do, even the most perfect breasts. I think being only 12 days after the revision it is too early to really even consider how things are...

If implant is too large, will it cause loose skin or deformities when downsizing in implants? From 650cc to 550cc

Downsizing from 650 cc to 550 cc implants will probably result in excess hanging skin and you will need a donut mastopexy. This can be done at the same time as the implant exchange. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
