Hi- I had silicone implants behind the muscle for 11 years. I experienced a rupture on the right implant, so I decided to explant and get a lift without getting new ones. One year post op, I’m regretting not exchanging for another set of implants. I’m scrawny (5’4” and 98 lbs.) and my breasts are SUPER tiny. (Although, perky b/c of the lift). My question is….would there be extra complications with scar tissue if I were to get implants again? I wish I would’ve done it when I explanted.

If you want 390 cc's then go with 390 cc's. Otherwise, you are going larger with the other two sizes. Your surgeon can guide you to the best profile based on your measurements.
You are bottoming out some, especially on the left, which causes your nipple to pop out of the bras. don't go larger for this will occur again. More skin and tissue can be tightened on the inferior part of the breast.
Your neck and shoulder pain is probably from getting implants too large and heavy for your frame. I would suggest going down in size to at least 350 cc's. With smaller implants, you should be able to find bras that fit and your neck and shoulders will thank you.
