You can have implants again. I recommend going back to the same retro-pectoral pocket originally. Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs. However, you can probably use the incision from the breast lift.

An experienced, board-certified plastic surgeon should be able to evaluate you with a physical exam and provide appropriate guidance. Without any photos or more detailed descriptions....it is challenging to provide any definitive statements/advice.

Your added risk is low and is mainly about the capsule formation. You need to wait at least 6 months from removing your implants before replacing.

Re-augmentation after explantation is far from ideal.
It’s hard to ascertain your candidacy for secondary breast augmentation after explantation based on your written description only.
It would’ve been better to place the implants during your previous procedure.
You can attempt to augment, but now your surgeon will have to deal with Scar tissue that has contracted.
It can be done, but the quality of the outcome may be compromised, and there may be slight increased chances of complications.
The chance of a good outcome depends on a number of variables.
Talk to your surgeon and see what he or she has to say.
