1 year after explant, would there be complications if I got implants again? (5'4" 98 lb)

Hi- I had silicone implants behind the muscle for 11 years. I experienced a rupture on the right implant, so I decided to explant and get a lift without getting new ones. One year post op, I’m regretting not exchanging for another set of implants. I’m scrawny (5’4” and 98 lbs.) and my breasts are SUPER tiny. (Although, perky b/c of the lift). My question is….would there be extra complications with scar tissue if I were to get implants again? I wish I would’ve done it when I explanted.
