Breast implant revision with fat - is it safe for me to go bigger?

Hello? I had two breast augmentation previous one 8 months ago fat graft and implant exchange .. I recently had a car accident many bruises in my breast not sure if it’s ruptured but I would like to treat myself with breast implant revision as I want to go bigger not happy with size + I want to add more fat previously only 150 cc of fat was injected I know there is risk of rupture on top of implants that’s why I want implant exchange with added fat graft ,, I want to make sure it’s safe thankyou
