I have to say that my entire experience has been nothing less than exceptional . I was referred to Dr Frew by my best friend for a liposuction revision. I wanna start by saying everything from the front office to Dr. Frew continually went out of their way for me . On the day of consultation Dr. Frew took his time on educating me on the procedure which was very helpful because your body does go through alot of changes and had he not I might have had anxiety but he was correct on everything to expect and I am thankful . On the day of surgery I just went to the same center so that made it very easy. Everything went smooth and Dr. Frew talked to me after and that evening . Since then, I’ve had several follow ups and have had so many questions that I have reached out I’m gonna say probably 50 times and have always gotten a quick response from Shayla, never once did they make me feel as if I was bugging . I am 2 months post op and I couldn’t be happier with how things are turning out . I am very grateful for my referral to Dr. Frew! I have had many consults from La Jolla to Newport Beach in 8 years for breast lift. I had a friend last year tell me about the internal mesh bra so I was intrigued to find out more about that because not one of the prior surgeons had ever mentioned an internal mesh bra to me with the lift I would need. When I met Dr. Frew he was easy to talk to about my concerns. I wanted to fill out my breast again and look natural. I was concerned the fat next to the arm pits, scarring, and a blood clot disorder that I have. I asked Dr. Frew about the internal mesh bra and he said he was going to recommend that with a lift and explained why. I went home to think about everything and talk about it with my family. When I went back with my husband and we found the perfect size; a moderate implant using my own bra to find the right size. I threw a curve ball at Dr. Frew and asked about liposuction for areas of my stomach and armpit/side boob. After talking that through, we decided to add that too. His staff was very helpful with rescheduling the surgery a few days later since he would need more time for another procedure I had him add on. Day of surgery my I was late but Dr. Frew and staff were smiling and kind. Dr. Frew did his research on my blood clot disorder and had compression wraps for my legs to prevent blood clots ready to go and we talked about the procedures if there were any issues with bleeding I wanted breast done first and everything else might be done another time. I was okay with that and after surgery I opened my eyes and first thing I asked was “did you do everything?” Smiling at me he said “Yes!” I went home and Dr. Frew personally called to check on me. Dr. Frew has always been professional, kind, and patient! I had a concern a few weeks after surgery and Dr. Frew again personally reached out to me to make sure I was ok! I am glad I never jumped to do the surgery in the past 8 years because I was meant to find Dr. Frew. I am very happy with my results and I am grateful for Dr. Frew changing my self confidence! I am a mom and I now feel great in my body! Thank you Dr. Frew!
Hi there, Yes, it will certainly be a noticeable difference. It really also depends on the amount of breast tissue you have over the implant. The more tissue you have the less noticeable it will be, however if you are very thin with a small amount of tissue they change will be more noticeable all the best
Hi there, For the look you are after I would recommend staying under the muscle so your skin wont get overly thin and stretched out. I would also do this in two stages. First stage with an implant around the 400-450 range. Allow your body to stretch around those implants and then do a remove and replace for larger implants 3-6months later. If you go too big all at once your body and pockets can stretch out incorrectly or bottom out, leading to more complications. Also, going too large all at once results in alot of post-operative pain All the best
Hi there, I would recommend liposuction 360 of your torso with a tummy tuck. This will give you waist definition and provide a flatter anterior abdomen. Then a breast lift would be the most natural result. I would ask your MD to reinforce your lift with an internal mesh to help you keep your results. If you want your breast to be larger, you will have to go the implant route, which can still look natural depending on the final size and profile you choose. All the best
Hi there, I would say that it is very early to tell what the breasts are going to look like. I would wait 3-6months. It is very common for the breast to be flat after donut mastopexy but they will round out over time. The puffiness in your areolar indicates swelling in the area, which is normal when you are only one month out. I would wait and see how it changes over time, you may still require a revision but they revision can be done more successfully after you have fully healed All the best
Hi there, Sorry to hear you are unhappy with your results. The reason your clitoris seems bigger is because they removed the excess labial skin and did not remove the excess skin of your lateral clitoris. I would advise a revision to remove the excess clitoral skin as well as having the edges of the labia revised so they are smoother. All the best
