MiraDry and extreme extremity swelling. What can I do? (Photo)

I had MiraDry done on the highest setting 3 days ago and now my arms are massive. Extremely HUGE! I'm so upset because I had a lower body lift and breast lift 2 months ago with minimal swelling, and I looked amazing. My arms weren't tiny before but definitely not very big either. Now I look and feel absolutely horrible with my massive arms, armspits, and upper sides. I'm extremes worried about this. How long will it take to go down and are my arms now going to really hang after? Please help.
