I had an open rhinoplasty years ago. Since then, nostrils are very visible on both side views and straight views. Is this easy to fix? Is it possible to fix without another open surgery? Attached is a photo to provide an idea of what I'm thinking about. Thank you in advance.

Answer: Successful repair of a hanging columella is dependent on the cause.
I think that each individual case is so different that it is hard to say. I have seen some really badly deviated noses and some awful twisted tips. I have also seen visible out of place grafts, to name a few.

You can have your nose improved. It appears that you have a bit of an open roof and the length was shortened. You need grafting to your bridge and to the tip to project more. Seek out an opinion from a board-certified Facial Plastic surgeon with experience with rhinoplasties Best wishes.
