I am getting a revision on a previous rhinoplasty with the same surgeon. He did a good job the first time with my droop and hump, but now my nose is grossly over projected and I am unhappy with it. He says he can deproject 2-3mm possibly 4mm. Is this an amount that will make a significant change? I don't want to pay full price once again and be partially disappointed.
