In general, widening the nose and lengthening the nose can be done.  We would do this by redoing the osteotomies done by your surgeon and then making certain to widen the nose.  Additionally, grafts could be placed to widen specific areas.

 Undergoing a tertiary rhinoplasty is a very difficult endeavor, therefore a full examination is required to make a determination about what can and cannot be accomplished. You also have to weigh the risk versus reward ratio, and have very realistic expectations.
