Saggy face at 26, what are my options? (photos)

Question

I'm 26, I had a revision rhino January this year, I've broken my nose a few times and my right nostril had almost fully collapsed. They also suggested lower eyelid fat removal because the eyes typically look baggy after rhino? Now my face looks very gaunt, saggy, tired and shapeless. I have bags under my eyes, and smile lines. My cheeks used to be plump but now... saggy. I want structure- healthy, plump skin. Injectable fillers are an option but I'm concerned about maintainance. Please help!

Thank you for your question and images. You are obviously very critical of your features and I do not necessarily agree with all of your concerns. You are young, youthful and very pretty. I would therefore be very conservative about your options and encourage you along the non-surgical route. This would include fillers as you have described and to me the area that would benefit most is your tear trough and cheeks. Although they do require maintenance, they are minimally invasive have short recovery periods and are reversible. Tear trough implants or fat grafting could be an options but take the more conservative route first. Good luck.RegardsDr Guy Watts

You are very young to consider a facelift or a blepharoplasty.  For around the eyes, fat grafting can work very well to conceal a tear trough deformity.  Fat grafting in other areas of the face for volume can look very natural and is a minimally invasive procedure with no scarring involved.

Thanks for sharing.  Fillers to the cheeks will restore volume to this area.  You can also try fillers to the lower eyelid.  Other than that i find it hard to suggests anything else.  Consult with an experienced dermatologist or facial plastic surgeon

At age 26 I think surgery is premature.  I would suggest a medical based skin care program such as SkinMedica GRASS program.  Botox and fillers are helpful.  Finally, routine laser treatment with BBL has been proven to reverse early aging and is an excellent way to maintain.
