I'm 41, 5'1 and 131 pounds. I've always had uneven breast. Will just a lift be good? And will I be able to have my uneven breast finally corrected? If I need implants im thinking C or D. Thank you! Im so excited for this journey!

Answer: Breast Lift With Augmentation Good afternoon, You will definitely benefit from a full anchor type breast lift and submuscular augmentation, which should give you very nice symmetry if performed correctly!

Answer: Uneven breasts A breast lift will help bring your breasts into better symmetry. The level of the nipples can be corrected and the size of the areola better matched. The breasts will be lifted as well. If you are wanting additional volume you can consider adding an implant. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Mini breast lift The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfer or a small implant can be placed in the smaller breast. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
