Uneven breasts - What are my options to have corrected? (photos)

You can definitely achieve symmetry with just a breast lift, but you will need to make your larger breast smaller. If you are open to using and implant, you will get to add more volume to both sides. This may improve the shape over doing the lift alone as well, but realize you will open yourself up to the possibility of having an implant related complication now or in the future (meaning it will probably not be your last breast surgery).

Breast lifts will improve your symmetry. If you desire additional volume, breast implants can be placed. Whether these two procedure should be performed at one setting, or separately as staged procedures, should be discussed with your surgeon.

A lift alone would be sufficient to correct shape asymmetry and make your breasts perkier. Additional tissue may be removed on the larger breast if you’d like to improve size symmetry. If you’d like to have larger breasts, breast augmentation may be performed at the same time.

You will definitely benefit from a full anchor type breast lift and submuscular augmentation, which should give you very nice symmetry if performed correctly!

The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfer or a small implant can be placed in the smaller breast.

A breast lift would elevate and reshape your breasts as well as getting them more symmetrical. You can have implants added at the same time if you want them bigger also. Good luck.

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph.  Unfortunately based on the limited views supplied it is difficult to offer definite advice, but it appears that you would most benefit from slightly asymmetrically sized implant placement and a lift.  The implants will help restore lost breast tissue after pregnancy and weight loss while minimizing volume differences, while the lift will remove excess skin and allow for resizing and repositioning of your nipple into a higher, more youthful, position.  Hope this helps

Thanks for your question and photo. Breast asymmetry is more the rule than the exception in most women so take comfort in knowing that your appearance and circumstance is “normal” even if you would like to improve the appearance of your breasts.

That said, a. consultation in person would be required to provide you with a definitive recommendation, but based on your photo you would benefit from a bilateral mastopexy (breast lift) with or without an appropriately sized implant to achieve the final look you desire. my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

A breast lift will help bring your breasts into better symmetry. The level of the nipples can be corrected and the size of the areola better matched. The breasts will be lifted as well. If you are wanting additional volume you can consider adding an implant. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.
