You can definitely achieve symmetry with just a breast lift, but you will need to make your larger breast smaller. If you are open to using and implant, you will get to add more volume to both sides. This may improve the shape over doing the lift alone as well, but realize you will open yourself up to the possibility of having an implant related complication now or in the future (meaning it will probably not be your last breast surgery).

Breast lifts will improve your symmetry. If you desire additional volume, breast implants can be placed. Whether these two procedure should be performed at one setting, or separately as staged procedures, should be discussed with your surgeon.

A lift alone would be sufficient to correct shape asymmetry and make your breasts perkier. Additional tissue may be removed on the larger breast if you’d like to improve size symmetry. If you’d like to have larger breasts, breast augmentation may be performed at the same time.

You will definitely benefit from a full anchor type breast lift and submuscular augmentation, which should give you very nice symmetry if performed correctly!

A breast lift will help bring your breasts into better symmetry. The level of the nipples can be corrected and the size of the areola better matched. The breasts will be lifted as well. If you are wanting additional volume you can consider adding an implant. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.

The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfer or a small implant can be placed in the smaller breast.
