I want them to be super soft and bouncy jiggly etc which method provides these results under the muscle subglandular?
Answer: Breasts Silicone implants are softer than gel. What is super soft and jiggly is your own breast tissue. There may be more bounce with implants placed in front of the muscle than placing the implant behind, but you can have more sagging with time. Jiggling causes sagging!

Answer: Breast augmentation Thank you for your question about breast augmentation. Patients report that the silicone implants have a more natural feel. The saline implants feel more like a water balloon. Implants placed under the muscle will give a more natural look as the upper portion of the implant will be covered by muscle. This also helps to support the implant. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon to find the right implant for you.

Answer: Implant placement Dear Hepburnn, I almost always place implants submuscular. It lowers the rate of capsular contracture significantly. In addition, it looks much more natural because the muscle provides covering over the implant so its not as round on the top. I've also noticed the implants drop less over time when they are protected under the muscle. Answer: Which method of Breast Augmentation provides the most softness and jiggle? The characteristics of softness and natural jiggle in breast augmentation are influenced by various factors, including the type of implants, implant placement, and the amount of natural breast tissue present. Here are some considerations that may impact the softness and jiggle of augmented breasts:1. Implant Type:• Silicone Gel Implants: Many patients and plastic surgeons consider silicone gel implants to provide a more natural feel compared to saline implants. Silicone gel mimics the feel of natural breast tissue and tends to be softer.• Cohesive Gel Implants (Gummy Bear Implants): These implants are known for maintaining their shape and having a firmer consistency. However, they are designed to be cohesive, providing a more natural feel compared to traditional silicone or saline implants.2. Implant Placement:• Subglandular Placement: Placing implants above the chest muscle (subglandular) may result in a softer feel and more natural movement, as the implants are positioned closer to the natural breast tissue.• Submuscular Placement: Implants placed beneath the chest muscle (submuscular) may have a slightly firmer feel due to the additional layer of muscle covering the implants. However, this placement may reduce the risk of visible rippling and may be preferred in certain cases.3. Amount of Natural Breast Tissue:• The amount of natural breast tissue a person has can impact the overall feel and appearance of augmented breasts. In some cases, a combination of implants and natural tissue may achieve a more natural look and feel.4. Implant Size:• The size of the implants can affect how natural the breasts appear. Larger implants may result in a firmer feel and less natural movement compared to smaller implants.5. Surgical Technique:• The surgical technique used by the plastic surgeon can also influence the outcome. Precise placement of the implants and attention to detail during surgery can contribute to achieving a more natural look and feel. It's important to note that individual preferences vary, and what feels natural or soft to one person may not be the same for another. During the consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon, patients can discuss their aesthetic goals, preferences, and concerns. The plastic surgeon can provide recommendations based on the patient's anatomy and desired outcome to achieve the most natural-looking and feeling results.

Answer: How do implants feel Thank you for your question. The options for breast augmentation are fat grafting or implants. With fat grafting your own fat is harvested using liposuction, the good cells isolated, and that fat used to increase the volume of the breasts. This would be the most "jiggly" as it is your tissue but has limitations as far as how much fat you have to be transferred and how much volume can be added in a single session. The other option is implants with either gel, saline, or structured saline. Of the implant types the gel (silicone) implants have the most similar consistency to your natural breast tissue and will feel the most similar. The idea of being jiggly or bouncy would also come from having skin that is not being stretched. Depending on the size of implant used, the skin is stretched and does not have much extra to allow for jiggling. Once the implants settle and the skin relaxes you should more bounce.
