I had a donut lift Aug 16th the surgeon took me back into surgery for burn but I woke up to her opening and re-stitching my breasts to an apparent allergic reaction to the stitches? Stitches removed 9 days later then re-stitched by surgeons professor Sept 16th the switched opened up again about a week later I am no longer in contact with my surgeons tips advice? Do I need to get it stitched again?

It's difficult to say what a dark area along your incision could indicate without an exam or photos. It could be a dried blood, retained areola, or something else. Your surgeon should be able to guide you once the photos are reviewed.
