Part of areola or scar tissue - what can be done to reduce the appearance of lines after breast lift revision? (photo)

Overall, your scar is excellent. It is pale, flat and thin with a perfectly round areola. I can see how this small area of pigmentation would bother you. I would recommend laser treatment to help lessen the appearance of the scar. Looks like scar revision did help surprisingly. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you for your query. The small pigmented area that you have circled can be removed with a very quick in-office procedure under local anaesthesia. Other treatments for scar improvements, as recommended by your surgeon , can be done subsequently . All the best!

This is a very small area, which lies right along the line of your prior incision. This should easily be corrected, using just local anesthesia to remove this small area so that the edge of your areola is sharp and demarcated from the color of the rest of your breast skin. This would require essentially no downtime and will blend right in with your prior incision. Best wishes.

That dark area appears to be part of your areola which can easily be removed in the office under local anesthesia. Please discuss this with your surgeon.

I think most plastic surgeons when doing revision surgery well exercise field scar tissue in order not to have par scars.
It may be possible that some parts of the old scar may still be present.
Overall, I think it looks fairly good.
May also be some slight hyperpigmentation or areola skin that makes it more visible.Follow up with your provider or schedule a few in person second opinion consultations with other plastic surgeons in your community.
