I had a revision breast lift last year, and I’m concerned about this line I have circled in the photo. You can see two different incision lines, so I’m afraid the red line is part of the areola. PS said it’s scar tissue, and offered me to come in for scar therapy. However, this red line hasn’t lightened. What can I do to remove this line if it is the areola? I’m so sad cause this is my second revision already. Appreciate any feedback!

At this time after surgery, you probably have damage to your nerves and sensation probably will not improve. I doubt PRP will be of much benefit, but it could be injected to try if you want.
A breast lift will help remove the excess skin, but if you are wanting full and perky breasts you will want to consider adding an implant. It can be a conservatively sized implant, but more volume would help create a more aesthetically pleasing shape. See a board certified plastic surgeon near...
From the photo you are a candidate for a breast lift. The nipple position will be slightly above the level of your breast fold. Visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation. She/He can demonstrate for you what you can expect in terms of results.
