I've had a weight loss of almost 200 pounds, 9 months post TT and BA, 3 months post brachioplasty. I am pleased with the results, mostly. I still have what I call the "quadriboob". Those two pockets of fat and skin between the breast and armpit. Surgeon says skin is crepe-like and he couldn't do anything. I trust him but I'm looking for a second opinion since the excess still bulges out of clothes. I'd love to wear a bikini top, now that I have the body, but this stops me. Help?
