Answer: Do I Have Enough Fat for BBL. BMI 24. Based on your photographs there seems to be sufficient fat for a BBL. Also sculpting of the hips and waist and flanks, greatly enhances the shape of the buttock. It is not all about just adding fat. Fat can be harvested from wherever it is in excess, although the main areas are the abdomen, waist, flanks, and thighs.

Answer: BMI and fat transfer Body mass index is not a good way to determine if you have enough fat for a buttock augmentation. I would suggest consulting with a plastic surgeon for an examination since it's important to know the quality of your skin and the amount of available fat for use during the Brazilian buttock lift surgery. Based on your photos alone, I would say your shape can be noticeably altered with this procedure- creating a rounder buttock. If you are interested in even more size, I would consider gaining a few pounds before surgery. Watch this brief video for more information.Best wishes,Dr.Bruno

Answer: BMI of 24, is it too low for a BBL? Looking at your photos, you are an excellent candidate for a BBL. First of all, you have the most advantageous frame, A frame, for a great result. You have lots of donor fat on your hips, waist, back, arms and thighs. An aesthetic BBL is not just giving someone a big butt, but this has to have the right shape and the surrounding anatomic areas need to be shaped with liposuction. The combination of these procedures gives the sexy buttocks that most females desire. See a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in advanced body sculpting techniques. Remember, your best chance for a great result is your first surgery, so choose your surgeon wisely. Good luck.
