Dear Youngmommy,Congratulations on your new baby, being a new mom is exciting, it also can be hard on mommy's body.Based on the pictures that you sent you appear to have a physique that a BBL is favorable for. You have some fat , but not in excess and what appears to be overall good skin tone. The liposuction component of the BBL will help get rid of some of the fat as well as greatly improve the your contours on your tummy, back and waist, while the fat transfer procedure well help volumize and add projection to help you achieve a more shapely buttock. All in all I think you look like a great candidate.I recommend researching Board Certified Plastic Surgeons in your area and obtain a few consults. Together you and your surgeon can help design a surgical plan that best meets your personal cosmetic surgery goals.Best of luck!
Based on your photos, it looks like you are a good candidate for a BBL. Your best bet would be to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon who has experience with BBL's. It is also a great idea to bring in your wish pictures to help your plastic surgeon understand what you are hoping to achieve from surgery.
I think that you can have a dramatic improvement with liposuction of the abdomen, sides, and back with large volume transfer to the buttocks. Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
For your case i dont think a result as the one in your wish pic will be achievable only with fat transfer, i would suggest you Fat transfer + Butt Implants.I have a simple Surgery selection criteria for Buttocks augmentation, Shape. If you like the shape of your Buttocks, then implants will always be the best, and more lasting solution. If you want to reshape your buttocks, in my hands Fat is the best option. If you want to reshape and augment and you have enough fat, then a BBL will be enough, but if you don't have enough fat, we will use the fat available to reshape and Implants to augment.I, like a few other colleagues offer online consultations where you send us your photos and we can estimate the cost. Find a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and discuss what will be the proper treatment to achieve the result you desires.Regards,Dr. Luis Redondo
I believe you're a good candidate based on the pictures you provided. I would use laser assisted liposuction combined with traditional liposuction and fat transfer to the buttocks. As always, it is best to be evaluated in person by a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and what will allow you to achieve the results you're expecting.Thank you for your question and for sharing your pictures!
Thank you for your question . You look like a great candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift, you need to have realistic expectations when you have a procedure like this, I will perform liposuction in the abdomen, waist and back to provided you a better shape and transfer it to the butt area to create the perfect contour. Many surgeons, including myself, offer online virtual consultations where you send us your photos and we can estimate the cost. I, like many surgeons, also offer free consultations so that you can be examined and given the most accurate quote. Choose a board certified plastic surgeon who has done a ton of Brazilian Butt Lifts and has privileges to do this surgery at a local university hospital. This says his credentials have been checked out by fellow Drs. All surgeries carry risk, talk to your plastic surgeon and choose one wisely.
A BBL can be performed and give you a nice result. You may want a tummy tuck as well in a staged fashion. It is difficult to say if you can have the augmentation of the person that you posted.
Thank you for your photos. Based on your photos alone, it appears that you may be a candidate for the BBL procedure. Of course, a physical exam is needed to make any recommendations. The amount of volume that can be added to your buttock will be limited by the amount of excess fat you have in your donor sites. Its hard to assess your donor sites from the photos you posted. The posterior flanks are a great reservoir of donor fat for the BBL procedure. The BBL procedure involves harvest fat from areas of your body where there is excess fat and injecting that fat carefully into the central zone of your buttock. In addition, it involves liposculpting the buttock to facilitate a more rounded look. The common donor sites for this procedure is your posterior waist/flanks, lateral thighs, back, waist, and anterior tummy. In addition, you may need to consider a tummy tuck as well to get the best results in you front side. Please visit with a board certified plastic surgeon to learn more about your options.Dr. BasuHouston, TX
Based on your photos, it looks like you could be a good candidate for a BBL and achieve nice results. Please consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in person for the best discussion of our options.
A BBL procedure can definitely help give better curves, projection, and contour. Everybody is an individual and results seen on a wish picture serve as a road map to help your surgeon understand what you are thinking. Please seek the advice of a board certified plastic surgeon that has the experience with liposuction and fat transfer to the buttocks. Good luck!
I have transferred over 2000 cc per buttock, but that is not something most surgeons will do.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
It is best to be as close to your goal weight as possible before undergoing any sort of cosmetic procedure. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss your next steps and discussion of your best options.
Once you are fully healed from your BBL procedure, it is encouraged to lead a healthy lifestyle including exercises. Core exercises and gluteal exercises will further improve your results over time. Best wishes.
