I'm 5'2 and weigh 134lb. I recently gave birth 6mo ago. I'm 23 yrs old. I'm slim but have most fat in my back and stomach.

Based on your photos, it looks like you are a good candidate for a BBL. Your best bet would be to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon who has experience with BBL's. It is also a great idea to bring in your wish pictures to help your plastic surgeon understand what you are hoping to achieve from surgery.

You have some fat , but not in excess and what appears to be overall good skin tone. For your case i dont think a result as the one in your wish pic will be achievable only with fat transfer, i would suggest you Fat transfer + Butt Implants.I have a simple Surgery selection criteria for Buttocks augmentation, Shape.If you like the shape of your Buttocks, then implants will always be the best, and more lasting solution.If you want to reshape your buttocks, in my hands Fat is the best option.If you want to reshape and augment and you have enough fat, then a BBL will be enough, but if you don't have enough fat, we will use the fat available to reshape and Implants to augment.I, like a few other colleagues offer online consultations where you send us your photos and we can estimate the cost. A BBL can be performed and give you a nice result. You may want a tummy tuck as well in a staged fashion.  It is difficult to say if you can have the augmentation of the person that you posted.

Thank you for your photos. Based on your photos alone, it appears that you may be a candidate for the BBL procedure. Of course, a physical exam is needed to make any recommendations. The amount of volume that can be added to your buttock will be limited by the amount of excess fat you have in your donor sites.  Its hard to assess your donor sites from the photos you posted.   The posterior flanks are a great reservoir of donor fat for the BBL procedure. The BBL procedure involves harvest fat from areas of your body where there is excess fat and injecting that fat carefully into the central zone of your buttock. In addition, it involves liposculpting the buttock to facilitate a more rounded look. The common donor sites for this procedure is your posterior waist/flanks, lateral thighs, back, waist, and anterior tummy.  In addition, you may need to consider a tummy tuck as well to get the best results in you front side.
