I'm 5'2 and weigh 134lb. I recently gave birth 6mo ago. I'm 23 yrs old. I'm slim but have most fat in my back and stomach.

It is also a great idea to bring in your wish pictures to help your plastic surgeon understand what you are hoping to achieve from surgery.

You have some fat , but not in excess and what appears to be overall good skin tone. Answer: BBL For your case i dont think a result as the one in your wish pic will be achievable only with fat transfer, i would suggest you Fat transfer + Butt Implants.I have a simple Surgery selection criteria for Buttocks augmentation, Shape.If you like the shape of your Buttocks, then implants will always be the best, and more lasting solution.If you want to reshape your buttocks, in my hands Fat is the best option.If you want to reshape and augment and you have enough fat, then a BBL will be enough, but if you don't have enough fat, we will use the fat available to reshape and Implants to augment.I, like a few other colleagues offer online consultations where you send us your photos and we can estimate the cost.
