I got Botox injections yesterday and today I have a red pimple looking bump on my forehead. Any suggestions?

Irregularities 24 hours after botox injections are normal. You will not see final results for at least 2 weeks. See a specialist if it lasts for more than 2 weeks. Best, Dr. Emer.

Thank you for your question. It is not a great idea to pick at an injection site. However, if you have any redness, swelling or increase pain at the site, then this could be an infection. If this does occur, please follow up with injector for an evaluation and treatment. Best of Luck!

Picking at an injection site is not a great idea, but I doubt it will result in anything different than picking at a pimple or scab on your skin. If Redness, Swelling, Increasing Pain progress at the site, then I would be concerned for infection. If this is the case, go back to the practitioner who injected you. They will be more familiar with your medical history and the procedures you've had.
