If you’re looking for a real professional, then look no further. Dr. Chung is incredible. He is knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. He’s never pushy, very calm, and knows exactly what he’s doing. In the initial consult, he takes picture of your face in frontal view and sides and then pulls up the pictures in 3D on a screen to reshape your nose how you want, but he does so realistically to ensure it looks natural! He wants you stay looking natural, and not too “plastic” which I really respect! He’s with you every step of the way, from the day before surgery, to the day after, a week after, a month after and so on. I’m on 6 1/2 months post op, and I’m in love with my new nose! He’s a true artist so you don’t need to worry about getting botched! I’ve never had any issues, and never was in pain. I didn’t even bruise very much! He’s your surgeon, seriously.. don’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Chung is great - from booking an appointment to checking up after the procedure, he was responsive and thorough. The location is great and his office is extremely welcoming with its spa-like atmosphere. It immediately puts you at ease.
He starts with a consultation to discuss your concerns and your ideal results. He then takes several pictures from different angles, which are used to address your concerns. On the screen, you'll be able to see your face's symmetry, the effectiveness of your skin care routine (sun damage, etc.), and a virtual simulation of the changes you'd like to make. It's super helpful to see the changes you'd like made on screen before committing to any sort of procedure!
He let me know my skin care routine is fine but I should concentrate a bit more on the sides of my neck and my T zone. Although he has Zo skincare products, he didn't try to sell me on any of the products. He doesn't try to use any of the sales tactics to get you to buy more products as he is genuinely concerned with the aesthetic you are trying to achieve and making it look and feel natural.
Originally, I went in for a lip filler but after seeing the simulation, decided against the filler. I mentioned my slight double chin, and he recommended a product called Kybella. Since the fat under my chin was slight, Dr. Chung said I would only need one or two treatments. After doing a little research, I committed to the procedure, which involved injections in the chin area. It was super quick, taking less than 10 minutes. Dr. Chung mentioned there would be a bullfrog feeling in the chin, and it would be slightly sore.
He followed up to check on how I was feeling the next day, and to call his office if I had any questions once the treatment fully set in. Excellent care from start to finish!
You can see the amazing results in the picture. There is no more "shadow" under my chin and my jawline is more defined. I cannot be more excited about taking pictures this summer and have been telling everyone about Kybella and Dr. Chung!

Best of the best - Dr Victor Chung really surpasses those in his field. I've encountered a number of different experts in the beauty field of dermatologists, surgeons, advanced injectors, and Dr Chung is head and shoulders above anyone I've encountered:

- His responsiveness is fast, efficient, timely

- His processes for patient paperwork are streamlined to be electronic - saving trees is always a win

- Thorough! Where do I even begin with this?! I've never met someone as thorough as Dr Chung. He has an extensive camera setup with all sorts of equipment and lighting, so he can take the necessary detailed angles of the contour and shadows of your face. He also has a high-tech 3D camera which he uses in addition to the other cameras. Note: It is Dr Chung himself who takes these pictures, not an admin staff member - he's focused on obtaining the best and necessary pictures possible to study in detail the specific contours of your face. I've never seen any professional in this field who is as extensive as Dr Chung with regard to this, and was nothing short of impressed with how beneficial the photos Dr Chung took, would be with regard to referencing together in a detailed discussion.

- Another elaboration of the above point. Following the pictures taken with Dr Chung, he goes through a virtual mock-up with you (from the 3D camera pictures he just took), and discusses in depth your concerns, and meticulously explains available options and solutions. He also then revisits this as you hold a mirror up and point to the specific areas you're talking about - as further confirmation that you're both understanding each other about what/where specifically, right down to the millimeter specs. I appreciated the attentiveness and thoroughness, of being able to point out and discuss areas of concern on the 3D virtual mock-up, as well as doing the same with holding a mirror to my face, ensuring the congruency of what is being discussed.

- Bedside manner: again, another rave point. I haven't met another another practitioner who comes across as professional, attentive, diligent and dedicated as Dr Chung. I was really blown away from start to finish with Dr Chung, and found myself realizing how lacking other (previous)practitioners have been with regards to such detailed attentiveness, in contrast.

- Follow-up: within 24 hours of seeing Dr Chung, I received a follow-up phone call from him personally. Again, something I've never encountered before with any other practitioner.

Needless to say, my entire experience with Dr Chung has been staggeringly impressive. He really elevates what can and should be done, with regard to customer experience, and also surgical skill. I feel very lucky to have found him, and my experience with him has really put into perspective how lackluster other practitioners/centers have been. I also think that Dr Chung is poised to become hugely in demand (and appropriately so) considering that his skill and service is unparalleled.

In short - best practitioner I've seen, ever, and I highly encourage anyone who is considering Dr Chung, to follow through with seeing him.

The facility was spotless and the staff was attentive. Dr. Chung discussed all my options with me and offered a great plan. He was meticulous in his set up of the equipment and talked through each step with me. He has a gentle touch and the procedure was nearly painless.
Definitely worth it!

Dr.Chung is a botox master, he talked me through every aspect of the procedure, and explained what was going to happed. He did a great job of smoothing out my forehead, especially the area between my brows and got rid of my crows feet. He made it look perfectly symmetric! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a quality botox treatment.

I am blown away by my entire experience with Dr. Chung. I've looked at medspas everywhere but specifically wanted a facial expert (not RN, PA, or other MD) who could make me look like myself again. From the beautiful office to his thorough consultation, I felt like I was (literally) in good hands. Even though I'm vigilant about my skincare, the first year of motherhood took away some of my facial volume and made me look much more tired than I actually felt inside. After a 3D facial photography session, Dr. Chung did a virtual mock up and suggested juvederm. It was exactly what I wanted. Super subtle with a huge impact.

If you're looking for an expert in facial plastics, and an all around uber smart, Yale-educated MD who will treat your face with care and diligence, you should book your appointment with Dr. Chung. Or don't. I don't mind having him all to myself. :P

I've never been great at keeping up with a skincare regime and was starting to notice wrinkles beneath my eyes and at the corners of my mouth. Dr. Chung gave me a very thorough consultation, answered all of my many questions, and ended up giving me a small amount of filler, which was the right choice.

Dr. Chung was talented, charismatic and a perfect professional. He discussed the entire procedure and addressed all my concerns. The botox was completely painless and I was able to continue working shortly after. Importantly, I was entirely impressed with the results and I felt (and looked) years younger.

I am extremely impressed with Dr Chung. He did a great job removing a mole from my face. He is an extremely skilled surgeon, and I can barely tell there was anything done. I had never had surgery before, but Dr Chung is very professional and calming, answered all of my questions before and after surgery, and kept my husband updated while I was under anesthesia. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Chung to friends and family.

I wanted to look a bit younger but maintain a natural look that didn't change my apprearance. I'm very happy with the result which makes me look much younger. The recovery was very quick and the procedure involved minimal discomfort. I can't believe I waited this long to do it. I have used underwhelming eye cream for years and this was finally the solution I needed.
