I feel like on of my nostrils is bigger than the other. It really annoys mr, and I feel like my nose looks crooked because of it. I was thinking is alar plasty on nostril a good option of do I need a rinoplasty. I have attached images from all angle's.

The photo you included is an illustration, so keep in mind that it's easy to draw a result but more challenging to achieve it on a person. Most of the difference occurs close to the cheek, and not quite so much at the rest of the rim. People with a nose that looks like that in the illustration...

Thank you for your question, Dominic26. you are in the very very early stages of your recovery. You should not evaluate your results but instead monitor your healing process. For example, notice how your swelling - which is causing this increase in base size - subsides over the next few days....
