Is it possible to get alarplasty on one nostril to make nose more symmetrical? (Photo)

I feel like on of my nostrils is bigger than the other. It really annoys mr, and I feel like my nose looks crooked because of it. I was thinking is alar plasty on nostril a good option of do I need a rinoplasty. I have attached images from all angle's.

Thank you for your question, Dominic26. you are in the very very early stages of your recovery. You should not evaluate your results but instead monitor your healing process. For example, notice how your swelling - which is causing this increase in base size - subsides over the next few days....

There are many different types of alar wedge resections.   Performing a good alar wedge resection requires experience as well as an artistic sensibility.  Look at photos of rhinoplasty with alar wedge resection when you go on consults and you will be better able to make your decision.
