I can't afford, nor really want to get a full rhinoplasty because I do I somewhat like my nose. However my nostrils are too big. I want to reduce the size of my nostrils and take some of the fatty tissue/cartilage from the base

will not cause your nostrils to enlarge at this point.The only way that could happen is if the
