Unfortunately there is no absolute days you should wait. However common sense and the decision should  be made on your recovery, your Gynecologist, your Plastic Surgeon and you. In general the range is from 6-12 weeks.
I recommend that you make several consultative appointments with Plastic Surgeons who are experienced and Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. In addition ideally they are members  of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (denoting by membership as having met additional criteria and a focus on Cosmetic Plastic Surgery).

I recommend my patient complete properly the healing process of the previous surgery in order to have another one. It depends on each patient, most of the time is between 6 months and one year.
