My experience was awesome, nothing but professional from start to finish. This includes reception area, billing, nurses, pre-Op and post-Op. I was terrified and they handled me with gentle hands and words of affirmative throughout my process. I was nervous because I didn't see many African American surgery pics on his website and I wanted to be shaped properly. He was very honest about my results from the beginning. Needless to say they turned out AMAZING!!!! Don’t waste time like I did searching doctors in different states. He is worth every dime that I spent even down to the juven that I was encouraged to purchased. Not to mention but he is easy on the eyes and plays in a band!! LOL...You get what you pay for.
I love my new neckline! Dr. Raniere did a fantastic job! The recovery was easy ... no problems at all. My sister-in -law said my neck looks like a teenager’s. ( I’m going to be 60 next year!). I very much recommend this procedure!
From start to finish I was treated with such professionalism from the staff and the doctor. Dr. Ranerie has such great bedside manners, very kind and gentle. I am so pleased with my result. I never thought I would look like this, now my clothes fit the way they're suppose to. No more muffin top.
I couldn’t have went with a better Team Dr. Raniere and his team made me feel so comfortable during my time with them. I am so pleased with my results and if I was to get anything else done he would be the one!!! Yes
I chose Dr. Rainere to do my surgery as he made me feel safe and comfortable. Cheryl was a dream to work with for scheduling a questions. She assured me everything was going to be ok when things got turned upside down due to covid. The aftercare was awesome not once did I see anyone other than Dr. Raniere everytime. He kept assuring me to give it time for the swelling and sure enough it did and I was impressed.
For me the true test of how good a doctor is, begins with your aftercare. I am familiar with Dr.Raniere as he performed my TT surgery in 2017 and I have outstanding results, I received great care from beginning to the end from Dr.Raniere and the staff of Advanced Aesthetics which is I why I chose Dr.Raniere for my Breast Reduction Surgery. Now I started this journey for pure vanity, I had no back pain (or I didn't recognize it as such because I had lived with large breast for quite some time) neither did I have bruising on my shoulder from the bra straps. My breast no longer had the vitality, the bounce, I had loss volume, due to the heaviness I also had inverted nipples and Grade III Breast Ptosis. With the ups and downs of weight loss/gain my breasts were greatly affected by it. During my many consults, leading up to my procedure, the surgery coordinator Ms. Cheryl; she's the in-house girlfriend support system. Thanks Ms. Cheryl you're the best!! From my experience with Dr.Raniere, he is easy to talk to, but I can say he has no issues with saying NO because my desire was to remain fairly large and he said NO that would be counter productive . He went on to explain that I would not have a long term result and my breast would begin to sag faster if I chose to remain large, he also explained that he cant give me a particular cup size that's not how this works. I had my surgery on 2/4/2020, I had absolutely no bruising, no complications, I discontinued the pain meds 3 days after the procedure, I didn't have any pain, I was sore, but I don't associate soreness with pain. On a scale of 1-10 may soreness varied between 2-3. I had 3 follow up visits with Dr.Raniere, no issues but I was told to call with any concerns or issues, even though I had none, I firmly believe if I had any they would have been tended to properly. I believe that he wanted me to be happy with my result and I appreciate the detailed conversation he had with me during our consult, so that I could make an informed decision. I trusted him and my results show that he listened to me; I have fullness, my nipples are no longer inverted as he told during the consult that with the removal of the breast tissue that it was a possibility that my nipples could correct themselves and THEY DID!!, and the side profile is superb. I received breasts that compliment my body and makes me more proportionate and the smaller cup size that would yield me a long term result, I have not gone to get sized for bras of yet, I don't plan on doing that for quite some time as I am not interested in knowing, I am much too busy enjoying being braless; this is a freedom I have never known. I thank you Dr.Raniere. Kelly
DR. RANIERE'S whole staff is a group of wonderful supporting professionals. From day 1 Ms. Cheryl made me feel like family! Dr Raniere explained everything, had excellent bedside manner, and is one of the best surgeons I have ever met. I had an extended tummy tuck back on 5/15/20. I am so glad I chose Dr Raniere and his group! I love my end results so much everyone says I look like a new person! Every question I had was answered and I was always welcomed to come in for any worry or concern I may have. I feel truly valued and cared for at this establishment, not just another patient. If you are thinking of a tummy tuck Dr Raniere is the doctor! Look on Instagram for Dr Raniere you will see his work! I have found the Real me because of Dr Raniere. I have found my self love and confidence.... Warning there is a side effect if you get a tummy tuck from Dr Raniere.... you may feel the urge to want to walk around NAKED everywhere in your new body! P.s. this is still frowned upon in our modern day society though Thank you Dr Raniere and your whole team for changing my life!
I called for a consultation in December thinking I wouldn't get surgery until the following October. I reached out to Advanced Aesthetics first and knew they were the ones immediately. Dr Raniere and his staff are amazing and the cost was very reasonable. I decided I didn't want to wait that long, and decided to go ahead and book my surgery in January. The entire process was smooth and they answered my questions and concerns. The staff made me feel comfortable, and the care and guidance was great. I LOVE my results and can't believe it's actually me. I would recommend everyone to Dr Raniere and Advanced Aesthetics.
I will start with a very simple truth:I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR - MY RESULTS ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ~ better results than I could have ever imagined ~ VERY QUICK AND COMFORTABLE RECOVERY! -I will add pics, but need to get the before photos from office and have not yet requested them I am about 8 weeks post-op, and loving my flat, tight, and perfectly contoured new tummy! Here is what I got: -Lipo - Knees, Inner Thighs, upper and lower abdomen -Abdominoplasty with ab revision (sewing the several inch gap between my ab wall back together) -Tummy Tuck because...why not? -Lip Filler NOTE: I went back to work in my office in 10 days! Counting weekends, I only missed one full week, and I worked from home anyway (but I have been told this is very rare to recover so quick so be advised): Doctor Raniere is incredibly patient and thoughtful/thorough. Cheryl, Dr. R's right hand gal, is absolutely amazing. She is responsive, kind, and generally a super-cool chick. She keeps the wheels on the bus. The entire office's staff is fantastic, in fact. How I came to the decision to schedule a consultation: I have had two children. One is 13, I gained 90 lbs, and bounced back like a rubber band. One is 4, I gained about 50lbs, and thought I bounced back although there was always a strange vertical ridge going down the center of my tummy....until I gained about 30lbs while I quit smoking and drinking and became very uncomfortable with my tummy for the first time in my life. My stomach all of a sudden became very distended, my belly button stuck out, and I was miserable. I could not figure out why no amount of working out was effective. Originally, I went to Dr. Raniere for lipo, thinking that was my last resort. Upon further inspection, he discovered that I had a pretty bad case of diastasis recti (when your ab muscles never come back together after child birth) and a belly button hernia. I was relieved that there was an answer, but worried because I knew that I couldn't take much time off of work. I was able to talk to the anesthesia team before the procedure, and let them know that I have an unusually high tolerance for pain medication. They were also patient, professional, and kind. On the day of the surgery (oh yeah, the surgery center is attached to their offices!!), I went back to the OR prep room on time, changed into my hospital gown, spoke to the doc and told him to 'go hard in the paint', and off I went into surgery. When I woke up, I was in a full-body garment and was very comfortable. When I got home, I was able to get ahead of the pain and stay that way. I used a recliner to stay and sleep in. I got up for the bathroom on my own, and was able to do basic tasks right away. The hardest thing was that I was out of breath easily, but that is to be expected. At my two-week checkin, I was feeling like a million bucks, and had minimal swelling. The Doc was also pleased, and it has only gotten better from there. I would do it all over again in a 'skinny' minute! MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TODAY, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!
I'm 65 years old and consulted with Dr Raniere about a breast lift. He assured me that I was not to old. I proceeded with the surgery. My only regret is that I wish I had done it decades ago. I'm very pleased with the outcome. My breast were very saggy and one side was larger than the other. I went from a 34DD to a 34C. Updated on 24 Mar 2020: Just an update. The incision scars are looking much better. I’ve been using Novo scar MD. I’ve also ordered silicone strips. All the sensation has returned. Dr Raniere did an amazing job. Again, I wish I had the breast lift years ago. All the staff at Advanced Aesthetics were amazing. His office manager was very helpful and also reassuring. All fees and service were discussed up front. I highly recommend Dr. Raniere. It was certainly worth the cost. It was my 65th birthday gift to myself.
I agree that once diagnosed as ruptured, a silicone implant is best removed. The procedure is typically less involved than the original procedure and well tolerated in patients that are reasonably healthy. That being said, I have elected not to remove ruptured implants in elderly patients with significant medical issues, where the risks out weight the rewards. At 62, this is not likely your scenario. I would recommend having a candid discussion with a board certified plastic surgeon. Best wishes!
Silicone implant will likely remain intact for 10 to 20 years. However, the figures that are discussed are simply averages based on the degradation properties of the silicone shell that contains the gel. Quite often the implants "last" longer and there is no need to remove them or replace them simply because some arbitrary time has passed. If you have concerns over time whether the implant is still intact or not, and MRI may be obtained to best answer this question to help you decide if you wish to exchange your implants. Physical examination, ultrasound and mammograms are not as accurate in determining this. Regarding pregnancy after implant placement, most women will experience some breast shape or skin property changes following pregnancy whether there is an implant in place or not and the average woman typically has implants placed prior to pregnancy. It comes down to a personal decision, but it is a possibility that future surgery may need consideration for any post-pregnancy or even age-related breast changes over time. This may involve mastopexy for increased sagging or revision for shape changes, for example. Best wishes!
The list of your desired procedures may very well be performed together, which has its advantages for obvious reasons. There is nothing cookie cutter about rhinoplasty and if your desire is to simply address the alar portion of your nose, this seems reasonable. However, a thorough examination is in order to confirm that this is the appropriate plan, by a board certified plastic surgeon that performs reasonable volumes of all of the procedures you mentioned. Best wishes!
Congratulations on your accomplishments! I recommend being at a stable weight (not necessarily your pre-pregnancy weight) for a few months prior to entertaining body contouring surgery, as already mentioned. Your long term results will likely be better, more predictable any your surgery may require less liposuction and improve safety. Best wishes!
It is fine to exercise up until your surgery date. However, if you goal is to lose substantial weight in the process, I recommend achieving a stable weight prior to undergoing a body contouring procedure. That being said, most patients will not lose enough weight in just a few weeks to make much of a difference. Make sure you are eating high protein foods if you are dieting for you will need adequate protein levels to heal appropriately after surgery.
