Is it possible to have a scarless tummy tuck with an incision around the belly button? (Photos)

Hello!TT is not done through a periumbilical incision (incision around belly button). The best option for you may be a scar analogous to a C section scar in the pubic area with limited length. Through that incision, tightening of the abdominal muscles may be performed. The belly button area really must look great after abdominal cosmetic surgery and skin takeout and approaching the muscles is not optimal with just that approach.Best of luck!

From your photos, you appear to be an excellent candidate for a full tummy tuck with Vaser Hi definition liposculpture to your hips and back.  You should get a great result from liposculpture, giving you a more contoured and hourglass shape with better projection to your buttocks.

No such procedure exist.  It would look terrible.  The only way to remove skin is by cutting it out, and leaving a scar.  The vast majority of patients feel that the scar, is done correctly, is an awesome trade offBest of luck!

Hello and thank-you for your question and photos. Based on your photos, I thin that you would have a good result with either liposuction alone or combined with a tummy tuck.  An in person consultation with a physical examination would be essential in determining if liposuction alone would meet your surgical goals. If you do extensive liposuction as the sole procedure, you will need some type of skin tightening device along with it such as J-Plasma or Imode BodyTite.  A tummy tuck combine with liposuction would give the best result in terms of flattening and tightening the tummy, but has the disadvantage of scarring and a longer recovery.  So if getting back to activities quickly is your preference, then look into J-Plasma or BodyTite with Vaser liposuction.  I would recommend an in person consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who is well versed in all aspects  of body contouringBest regards, Andrew Lyos MD, FACS Tweet

Personally, many of my patients avoid tummy tuck with Vaser ultrasound liposuction. This will remove stubborn fat and tighten skin without the large scar and recovery of a tummy tuck.(It will not flatten muscles, but you don't appear to need that)An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.

Unfortunately that is not possible. If it is just loosened skin you can consider non-invasive skin tightening technologies like Ultherapy or Fractora, but these will have only mild to moderate improvements. All abdominplasties require some form of surgical incision.

Hello and thank you for your question.   Unfortunately a transverse incision is needed for a tummy tuck.   This can be done through a low and short
incision, all completely below the bikini line. 
The belly button can be designed to look natural and have no scars on
the exterior.   Your muscles can also be
plicated resulting in a flat abdomen. 
Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of
real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate
their results.  The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are
comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified
board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

It is impossible to remove excess skin without some incision. That being said you can have a limited/mini tummy tuck through an incision similar to a c-section. If you do not want an incision about your belly button this can also be done but all of the laxity in the skin and muscle may not be fully corrected.
