I had revision with rib graft nose tip valve columella with fascia. My nose feels like paper bag it's not smooth anymore and it also becomes extremely oily, its like the oil is pouring out of my pores. Nose doesn't feel natural, it feels like sandpaper between my skin and rib cartilage. Is it possible that the doctor removed too much fat, tissue and now i have skin issues? What should i do?
