My nose is super short and upturned 6 months post rhinoplasty, i have a caudal graft in my tip, 4mm total was taken and my doctor used the let down method telling me it would drop by 6 months but it still 125-130 degrees and I have thin skin. Septo was performed so I won't have any left for revision
