Had a septorhinoplasty last autumn, but the results are bad. Aesthetically it is a mess but i am worried functionally as my bridge appears to be collapsing too. The bridge was reduced excessively and so was the tip. My nostrils collapsed during the surgery, so he grafted them. The bridge is now too. I will need revision ASAP at the end of the year, so I am starting to gather as much medical advice as I can. What can be done to rebuild my bridge and tip, while strengthening my airways.

I’m sorry for your experience. Obviously, nothing substitutes for an in-person exam but, based on the photos your provides; it is clear that your nose is now asymmetrical with a slight « saddle nose » deformity and middle vault compromise which may impact your airways. You may also have a problem with your external valve on your left (which can manifest as collapse of your left nostril when you breath in forcefully).

Obviously, this would need a revision rhinoplasty using cartilage graft from either your septum, ear or rib as well as a capable surgeon with a keen eye for balance esthetics.

Of course, I would advise you to consult with your original surgeon if you haven’t done so already before seeking advices elsewhere.
