I've had gynecomastia for just over a year on the left side of my chest. Initially it was a hard lump which went away but now there's just a mass of soft tissue left underneath my nipple(not too large, only just protruding through my chest). Is there a chance this mass will completely disappear at my age or will I need surgery? I had gynecomastia before when I was about 15 and it went away completely on the left side then came back. It has persisted on my right side though greatly reduced.
