The nurse who did the injections had injected me before this Dysport injected approximately Oct. 24 th. I woke up with my face swollen under my eyes Nov. 2nd I woke up with my eyes and face swollen. The office was not open this weekend or today Monday I have ask another nurse that I know about this and she said that she can inject enzyme to help with swelling . I took Zyrtec for allergies yesterday but it didn't seem like it helped ..

Without knowing more details about your treatment it's difficult to say what may have occurred.  You can try Benadryl (as long as you aren't allergic) and use cool compresses until you can reach your injector for an evaluation.

The swelling that comes this far after a treatment is difficult to interpret, as there are many medical conditions that can cause facial swelling.  What caused your facial swelling is hard to tell based on the information you provided, but if you have allergies, then this could help explain it.  I would talk to the nurse that injected you (or the on call person for the spa or practice) to make sure that this is not something that needs to be addressed sooner than later.

I don't know your whole history. It seems like you had filler too because of the suggestion of "an enzyme to dissolve". There is something inciting this inflammation and at the very least, I would probably give steroids. Infection must be ruled out. Allergies to Dysport would be highly unusual. More common is an allergy to the benzyl alcohol in the preserved saline that the Dysport was mixed with. A way to test for this allergy is injecting just the preserved saline in the forearm and looking for a reaction. I have had 2 patients with this problem but they appeared almost immediately. Please see a medical specialist soon. Lastly, this could be angioedema which is caused by any type of trauma in those susceptible to it. This often occurs in patients taking ACE inhibitor blood pressure medication.
