I'm just over year and a half post-op from a BA with 275cc Mentor Smooth Round implants. After waking each morning, I'm still experiencing "Morning Boob". So much so that it feels as if I had just had the surgery. It takes a good part of the day for the muscle to relax, but never 100%. Capsular contracture was ruled out. The breast sits and feels normal, it's just the uncomfortable feeling that doesn't ever really go away. My surgeon retired and I'm not sure where to go from here.

Though a ton of anything weighs exactly as much as a ton of something else, they can come in different "packages." However 350cc implants by two different manufacturers are quite similar, but not exactly so, and can differ by fill percentage (as with Natrelle Inspira implants) as well as width...

implants were made to work with your body. Just because an implant looks flat
when you hold it doesn't mean your breasts will adopt...
Thank you for your question. For someone like yourself that does not have a lot of breast tissue, in my practice my favorite implant to use would be the Sientra, highly cohesive, textured implant. Because you have little breast tissue your risk of rippling and "implant show" is increased. ...
