The internal nasal valve is comprised of the nasal septum, the upper lateral cartilage, and the inferior turbinate. The external nasal valve is the lateral crus of the lower lateral cartilage and the septum. Depending on your examination, you may require septoplasty, turbinate reduction, or cartilage grafting.
