Could alcohol cause my nose to swell 8 months post revision rhinoplasty?

I notice after having a martini my nose looked swollen. Does alcohol cause swelling 8 months post op revision rhinoplasty? Is this something I will experience everytime I consume alcohol?

It is too early to consider revision rhinoplasty.  At one month after surgery there is significant edema, scar tissue formation and any revision surgery will be suboptimal.  Waiting for 1 year can be a very difficult task but is the right thing to do.RegardsDr. J

The nose is not very narrow and looks appropriate for the face. There is no deviation either. It is important to realize that a mild degree of asymmetry is normal.RegardsDr. Janjua
