I had revision septorhinoplasty 2 weeks ago with tip and nostril reconstruction (using grafts). I didn't have a splint after surgery, only tape, which was loose and barely hanging on when I got it off 10 days post op. At first I loved my profile, but as the week has gone on, my profile has seemed to get worse, almost like my bridge got higher or something. Any ideas why this might be? Is it because my tip dropped? It's bumming me out!

I'm sorry to hear that the swelling is causing anxiety. As the other doctors have said, swelling is more pronounced and slower to resolve with a revision procedure. Considerations would be either be a blood collection in the septum (hematoma), swelling in the side wall on the nostril (nasal...
This ic completely normal, don't worry. It should improve on its own over the ensuing weeks. The skin over the nasal bridge tends to get more bruised when it is elevated surgically after having had surgery there in the past. Nothing appears to be wrong, be patient.
