How soon after rhinoplasty can I get lipo/BBL?

Question

A month and a half ago I received rhinoplasty. I now want to get lipo/bbl ... how long is it recommended that I wait before doing this next procedure? My nose aesthetically looks completely healed, but it is still stiff. I worry about my new nose considering part of the lipo/bbl procedure requires you to be on your stomach and face down. I am hoping that 2 months post rhinoplasty is adequate enough time to get the lipo/bbl.

Thank you for your question. Every surgeon will have his/her own preferences as to recovery for specific procedures. I suggest you wait at least 3 months between these procedures. That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety.  Best is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

I recommend my patient complete properly the healing process of the previous surgery in order to have another one. It depends on each patient, most of the time is between 6 months and one year.

I would recommend you to wait at least 6 months to have the BBL. In order to have this procedure it is important to be healthy and prior surgery you will have exams, lab work and other evaluations.

You definitely want to ask the PS that did your rhinoplasty what they are most comfortable with. You do not want to ruin your rhinoplasty by rushing to get the BBL.
