Is this possible? I just want an exaggerated version of my body now. More volume and rounded out hips. Not trying to change my entire body. Just want to amp it up and get it to my wish pics or very close. Do you think I can doctors based off your professional opinions and my pictures.

Based on your pictures you are good candidate for  liposuction with a traditional tummy tuck. This combination has 
become a very common procedure. It is safe to combine the two procedures
 mainly to address the hip and flank areas. This is a very effective way
 to extenuate the contour of the waist along with the abdominoplasty. It
 is also important to realize that there is usually a limit on how much 
fat can be remove in a combined procedure.I recommend tummy tuck because you have laxity on your abdomen.  I recommend to book a consultation with a board certified plastic 
surgeon in your area to discuss the best options for your goals. Good

Your goals are achievable, It is important to mention that you seem to have laxity on your abdomen and only with a tummy tuck the excess skin can be removed. Liposuction on your back and flanks will give you a beautiful heart shape buttock and also more waist contour.

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire abdomen, back and waist liposuction with BBL, this is because you have located fat that can be done with lipo.
  
Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first.
