9 months post- op- my breast implants are asymmetrical, what can I do? Will I have the same issue in the future? (photo)

My surgery was performed July 2021. From the start it was obvious that the breast Implants were placed asymmetrically but over time got worse and worse. I know something has to be done but I’d like to know what and if I’ll have the same issue in the future. I have 515 Moderna silicone implants.
