I had a breast augmentation with lift with 8 months ago. The left side has felt kind of off since then. It feels heavy, like I have a foreign object in me and I hate the way it looks. It feels like the implant has shifted out of place. My plastic Surgeon did a procedure where he removed skin under local anesthesia but it doesn’t look any different and honestly feels worse than it did before

Your implants are now too large and heavy for your frame and so you are having some bottoming out from the weight. Please do not go larger or you may repeat this problem. I would suggest tightening the pocket and going down in size to around 450 to 500 maximum. Long term you should do better.
I would suggest being seen by your surgeon. You can try wearing an underwire bra that holds the breast in place, but at 6 months, you are fairly healed. Otherwise the implant could be removed and the pocket repaired.
Find another plastic surgeon and be examined. If it is just a cyst, it can be excised. If it is something else, you surgeon can guide you to what should be done. Please don't ignore this because it could cause your implant to become infected.
