8 months post-op - has my implant shifted/bottomed out? (Photos)

I had a breast augmentation with lift with 8 months ago. The left side has felt kind of off since then. It feels heavy, like I have a foreign object in me and I hate the way it looks. It feels like the implant has shifted out of place. My plastic Surgeon did a procedure where he removed skin under local anesthesia but it doesn’t look any different and honestly feels worse than it did before
