6 months ago I had 300cc implants saline placed under the muscle. Within he first 3 weeks I knew something wasn’t right. When I lay down one of them slides to the side, I’ve self diagnosed as lateral displacement. Unfortunately I found out my surgeon was not board certified as she said she was so I refuse to have her try to fix this for me. When I stand up they aren’t that bad I guess, you can tell one implant (the side with the foot tattoo) is not sitting in the right place. Internal fix?

Your implants are now too large and heavy for your frame and so you are having some bottoming out from the weight. Please do not go larger or you may repeat this problem. I would suggest tightening the pocket and going down in size to around 450 to 500 maximum. Long term you should do better.
I would suggest being seen by your surgeon. You can try wearing an underwire bra that holds the breast in place, but at 6 months, you are fairly healed. Otherwise the implant could be removed and the pocket repaired.
