breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. The pocket can be tightened is needed, but all implants will tend to fall to the side when you lay down. Natural breasts do this too.

Dear Amakay,
Your breasts look fine straight on, but, your right lateral pocket is a bit over dissected. This can be left alone or a revision procedure with plication (suturing) the lateral portion of the pocket should fix the issues. The downside is that you will be restricted from the gym for 1 month post op (to avoid tearing the repair).
