If you have any questions or concerns about this or other movement of your implants, it would be best to make an appointment with your surgeon so he/she can better evaluate you in person. If a saline implant deflates, the saline is absorbed into the body and the breast gets smaller. If there are other types of changes you are concerned about, see you plastic surgeon for specific advice.
