I've noticed my nose is crooked. It's most evident when looking at my nostrils from below. They're different sizes. (photo)

The tip can be made more symmetrical but try not to look at the nostrils from below. Nobody will look at your nose like this. Once the tip asymmetry is fixed the deviation and the 'bad side' will be better. RegardsDr.J

Dear,  Most of us have varying degrees of asymmetry with parts of our bodies. Your situation is mild and not uncommon. You may have been born with this mild asymmetry or minor trauma to your nose in the past may have caused this. Either way, you may be a candidate for surgery.
