I've noticed my nose is crooked. It's most evident when looking at my nostrils from below. They're different sizes. (photo)

The tip can be made more symmetrical but try not to look at the nostrils from below. Nobody will look at your nose like this. Once the tip asymmetry is fixed the deviation and the 'bad side' will be better. RegardsDr.J

It appears from your photos that the structure referred to as the columella is deviated towards the right side causing your nostrils to appear asymmetric.  The columella is the structure that divides both nostrils.  This deviation can be a result of several causes.  It could be that your septum is deviated and/or it could be an inherent asymmetry of the cartilages that compose your tip.  Straightening of the columella can be achieved surgically through a septorhinoplasty.

Dear,  Most of us have varying degrees of asymmetry with parts of our bodies. Your situation is mild and not uncommon. You may have been born with this mild asymmetry or minor trauma to your nose in the past may have caused this. Either way, you may be a candidate for surgery. Thank you for your photos.  I get this concern quite frequently from patients. We all have some sort of difference in our nostrils when looking at them from underneath.  I recommend you sit down with a plastic surgeon that can walk you through what your options are to correct the asymmetry, and give you honest answers to help meet your expectations on what you want your nose to look like.  You may be a candidate for Rhinoplasty, and Septoplasty which will help give you for symmetry for your face.  Computer imaging with 3D system may help make some decisions. Your nose is a symmetrical as they come. If you are otherwise satisfied with the appearance of the nose I would suggest you do nothing surgically.

An
ideal, symmetric nose is uncommon. The
distance between the tip of the nose and the base should ideally equal the
distance from the base to the upper lip. The most ideal angle between the nose and the upper lip, also called the
nasolabial angle, should be between 95 to 110-degrees.  The base of the nose
should fall within the plane of two lines drawn perpendicular from the inner
aspect of each eye. The above is what is considered the ideal proportion for
the nose. This is going to be individual
for each person.I suggest you consult a board certified facial plastic surgeon
to receive the highest quality knowledge, treatment, care and skill available.  A consultation provides you the opportunity to relay your
concerns and desired outcome to the surgeon while the surgeon can assess your
health profile and discuss his/her pertinent advice.

Nostrils are different.  The tip may be deviated as well causing the asymmetry to be more apparent. A consultation in person would be necessary to determine what options you have.

 Everyone has some degree of asymmetry of the nostrils. In addition, there is no perfect nose. A rhinoplasty can accomplish straightening the crooked nose when it is significant enough and worth the risk to do so. A twisted tip is corrected with a tip rhinoplasty. Osteotomies of the nasal bones are required to straighten them. Cartilage grafting techniques, such as a spreader graft help with the twisted mid-portion of the nose.
