Hello and thank you for your question! Based on the photo you provided it does seem that that there is a small deformity/deviation of the nasal dorsum. A procedure including a lateral nasal wall graft may help to fix this issue, but as always it is best to seek an in-office consult of a plastic and reconstructive surgeon to best evaluate what procedures and techniques would work best for you and your aesthetic goals. Hope this helps!
You have asymmetry of the domal/lower lateral cartilages, with one side more prominent. Surgery would correct this by reducing the concerning side and ensuring symmetry of the tip.
From this photo it does appear that the dorsal aesthetic lines are not as straight as they could be. This is usually due to deviated septum and/or nasal bone or upper lateral cartilage discrepancies. These would all be best addressed with a rhinoplasty in my professional opinion. Any official recommendations would need more evaluation prior to providing them.
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from placement of spreader graphs during your rhinoplasty to help straighten your nasal mid vault. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. If you have an indentation along your left nasal side wall that is causing a crooked nasal appearance, injectable fillers may be considered for achieving a straighter nasal appearance. We prefer using Silikon 1000, a permanent soft tissue filler. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
Your nose is asymmetrical. You have tip deformity as well as the dorsum. You would benefit from a rhinoplasty with possible septoplasty.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
hello. The hump and deviation you mentioned are very minimal, so they will be corrected very easily. When we look at the photo, your skin does not look very thick. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate all your complaints with one surgery. One golden rule: Please do not have the surgery when you feel uncomfortable and have doubts with a surgeon who you feel hesitated about. The point you need to be careful while searching for the best surgeon is the time between the before and after photos of your surgeon. The after pictures should be at least 1 years after the operation. Early results and intraoperative comparison photos have no value. Secondly, please be sure that you have a good communication with your surgeon and he totally understands you. You can have more detailed information about me and ask questions about your case to my assistants from this number ( +90 533 015 95 95) . You can also book an online consultation and discuss your issues with me. Best regards.
Your photo does not allow a determination regarding whether your nose is deviated. You need to have a traight on view and not an angled. view. However should you have a devaited nose, which is fairly common, it can be corrected. You shoyld have an in-office consultation with a bOrd Certified plastic surgeon who ho has a strong background and experience in Rhinoplaasty. Good luck.
Eight full set of facial photographs from all angles are required to make a determination about how best to proceed with a surgical rhinoplasty procedure, since the nose is a three-dimensional structure. A decision to perform surgery is not based upon lighting shadows. Based on this one limited photograph, appears that you have a in inverted left sided upper lateral cartilage. Digital computer imaging would be helpful to understand what can and cannot be accomplished with a rhinoplasty procedure.
