Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you are a great candidate for A rhinoplasty. Extended spreader grafts can be placed to derotate your tip and result in less nostril exposure. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Adding a bit of length to your dorsum would push the tip down. Refining your tip cartilages would refine the bulbous tip. This can be done with septal cartilage without needing rib cartilage.
Candidacy for such a procedure would require an examination. Whenever Silikon-1000 is added to the nostril margin, there is a potential for nasal tip widening on front view. Thank you for your question, and I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
You have a lot of columella show and this can be corrected by a rhinoplasty. I need a frontal view to see if anything else needs to be done.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Hello from Istanbul,When I look at your photo, I can tell you you have a slight hanging columella , so my recommendation will be to reduce the hanging with tip-plasty and also if you have a bulbous tip it can also be corrected with the tip-plasty.
You have a hanging columella, and that can be addressed by trimming excess skin and cartilage within an incision on the inside of the nose.
The photo that you submitted is limited in demonstrating the full appearance of your nostrils. Based on the single photo I see a few corrections that can be made to result in a well defined nose. It would be be important to have an in-office consultation with a Board Certified plastic surgeon with extensive expereince performing Rhinoplasty.
Hello and thank you for your question and the pictures. Addressing the shape of the nose (including the nasal tip) is actually one of the most common reasons people seek out and undergo a rhinoplasty. An open septorhinoplasty (rather than closed) can best address your nose, and is particularly...
A tip rhinoplasty can be done to refine your tip without touching your dorsum. A strut graft will support it so it does not descend when you smile.
That's actually a funny question. Of course, the training we get as facial plastic and reconstructive surgeons make us the most qualified to perform the procedures you are listing as we get the most training during our residency. There are lots of plastic surgeons and even oral/maxillofacial...
