Hi. I am 44 years old. I have a history of facial seborrheic dermatitis. My skin seems to react to a number of skin care products most people have no difficulty with. I recently lost 60lbs and my face has “deflated” somewhat. I’ve been considering Juvéderm Voluma to plump up some of the areas of volume loss. However, I am concerned that my seborrheic dermatitis will increase the chances of an adverse reaction. Is it safe, or recommended that I try Juvéderm at all with my condition? I

You have 2 options to improve the appearance. Either add a thinner filler in the under eye area to soften the transition to the cheeks or dissolve some of the Voluma to make the cheeks less full. I recommend following up with your physician to discuss what would work best for you. Good luck!
