Had voluma on cheeks (.30 right .45 left) 1 month ago. my left cheek became more swollen than right and developed a lump. Ultrasound says it’s migrated filler. Is this infection? Swollen lymph nodes mandibular area left. Was given steroids 1st 2 weeks then antibiotics 3rd week then hyaluronidase with antibiotics 4th week. Got an eye abscess on third week bec of low immune system caused by steroids. Really regret doing voluma.
