Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry that your current results have not been what you anticipated.  Based on your pictures I would offer you two options: Have the Voluma dissolved with hyaluronidase or inject a thinner HA filler into your undereye area to help smooth the transition from you lid to cheek.  The best recommendation would need to be done after an in-person examination of your tissues. You have 2 options to improve the appearance. Either add a thinner filler in the under eye area to soften the transition to the cheeks or dissolve some of the Voluma to make the cheeks less full. I recommend following up with your physician to discuss what would work best for you. Good luck!

Thank you for your question. If you are unhappy with the result at this point you should consider dissolving the filler. The placement may not be correct or there maybe some slight swelling of the surrounding tissues that is causing you to be concerned with the appearance of your undereyes.

hyaluronidase. It is surprising to learn that your outcome occurred using only
one syringe of Voluma. In my experience, when it is placed deeply, the results
have been outstanding. You should certainly discuss your concerns with your
current physician. You might also seek alternative opinions/options from
another highly experienced facial aesthetic surgeon. I hope this helps and you
