Could fillers still be in cheeks nearly 3 years later causing a “shelf”? (photos)

fillers can last many years in some people.   try RF treatments and hyaluronidase to see if you can get inprovement. this also maybe malar bags that happen with age.  Best, Dr. Emer.

It could still be filler. I recommend following up with a cosmetic dermatologist. If it's filler, it can be reversed with hyaluronidase. Hope this helps.

I’d guess your issue is more related to the tear trough filler than the Voluma. It’s difficult to tell based on your photos. I’ve seen tear trough filler last for several years. I’d follow up with your injector. Best wishes! 

yes, Plain restylane can have this kind of duration in the lower lid.  Voluma can be dissolved though it takes more hyaluronidase and maybe multiple injections, then you are back to where you started. Sometimes trying to get perfect may make you look worse.
