The textured implants from Allergan were voluntarily withdrawn from the market because of the potential association with ALCL. The recall does not mean that you have to have the implants removed. I definitely see some asymmetry and the implants appear to be above the muscle. You should really have an in person evaluation to understand all of your options.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

In order to improve the symmetry you will need to enlarge or replace the smaller breast. It also appears you would benefit from a lift to improve shape and overall aesthetics of the breasts. See a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation to learn more.

First, you do not have to replace your implants. The company has noted that the deflation rate was a little higher for a specific batch of implants. Second, the right breast does look a little smaller so you might choose to have more added or a new implant. Third, you can choose to replace both if you want.
